How do I book an appointment?
Book online any time with the Book button, call or text us at 864-520-8799, or ask Avery, our 24/7 virtual assistant.
Do I need a consultation first?
Medical programs like hormone therapy, peptides, weight loss, functional medicine and Human Cell Therapy start with a consultation with our provider. Some aesthetic and IV services also require a provider exam before your first treatment.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your payment method, a list of medications and supplements, and any recent lab work you would like reviewed.
How early should I arrive?
New clients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete consent forms and paperwork.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice are subject to a $100 fee.
What if I am running late?
Late arrivals may shorten your treatment and the full cost still applies. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and the $100 fee.
Can I combine treatments in one visit?
Often, yes. Ask our team when booking and we will confirm what can be paired safely on the same day.
Do you offer Saturday appointments?
Yes, Saturdays are available by appointment only.
