The membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment and can be canceled anytime after the initial period with a 30-day notice. Unused monthly IVs or perks do not roll over to the following month, and all perks are non-transferable. Consultation with Medical Provider is required prior to starting any IV therapy service. Consultation with Medical Provider is complimentary.
